At ICONBOX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ICONBOX account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
